How much does a project cost?
Every project is different. After the discovery call, we send you a fixed price in writing for your specific project. The 30-minute call is free, with no obligation.
What is the pilot?
The first phase of every project. We run a working solution in your own environment or in a sandbox, on real work, with your team reviewing what it does. Success criteria are agreed up front: if the pilot meets them, we move to production. Pilots are typically up and running within days.
How does the guarantee work?
If you're not happy with your solution within 30 days of acceptance, tell us in writing and we'll send you a refund for the fixed price you paid — including any pilot fee. Third-party or cloud costs billed at cost, and ongoing support fees, aren't included. Full terms will be listed in your services agreement.
Who owns the solution?
You do. Your data and the solution are always yours, including the source code and configuration needed to run it without us. Where it uses our proprietary platform, you get a permanent licence to keep using it. Working with us after that is your choice, not a condition of keeping the solution.
What should I prepare for the 30-minute call?
Nothing formal. It helps to have a rough idea of where work is taking too much time and which software your team uses day to day. If someone else will be part of the decision, you're welcome to bring them along.
What happens after go-live?
Your team keeps using the solution in your environment, and we are always available to help. Ongoing support and new features are scoped and quoted to fit your needs, not sold from a fixed plan.
